1. Working principle of Z674H-10C double-disc air-lock discharge valve:
When the air source enters from the upper air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move downward and the valve is closed. When the air source enters from the lower air inlet, the valve stem drives the valve plate to move upward and the valve is opened. A spring is loaded between the valve plate and the valve seat. The spring force always presses the valve plate against the valve seat to ensure the sealing of the valve, and allows the valve plate to move vertically up and down, which helps to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of valve parts, and can overcome the influence of any back pressure change on the seal and prevent granular media from entering between the two sealing surfaces. During the opening and closing process, the valve plate can rotate by itself, so that the sealing surfaces are ground and polished, and because the valve body is eccentric to the channel, eddy currents will be generated when the material is opened for discharge, and the material vortex formed will automatically clean the inner cavity of the valve. All these characteristics make this valve have an ultra-long service life, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of your system.
2. Installation instructions for Z674H-10C double-disc air-lock discharge valve:
Welcome to choose our products. In order to extend the service life and improve work efficiency, it is strictly forbidden to install the cylinder downwards. When installing, try to install the cylinder upwards. If conditions do not allow, install the cylinder upwards at 45 degrees. If installed horizontally, the air delivery time must be extended to avoid valve dust accumulation. There are two ways to feedback the valve switch in place signal: one is a mechanical in-place switch (recommended), and the other is an inductive magnetic switch two-wire system. Both methods are applicable to DC or AC.
