Job Description:
1. Linux kernel maintenance and upgrade of Kuaishou internal servers;
2. Optimize the performance of the Linux kernel based on service characteristics;
3. Research and application of new kernel technologies;
4. Research and improvement of container-related technologies.
Job requirements:
1. Proficient in Linux kernel, at least read the source code of one of the three main modules in the kernel: memory management, I/O subsystem, and network subsystem;
2. Familiar with C language programming on Linux platform, familiar with multi-process multi-threaded programming, familiar with socket programming;
3. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, passionate about solving challenging problems;
4. Patch contributions to kernel open source community are preferred;
5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, rigorous work attitude and high-quality awareness;
6. Good at learning new knowledge, strong hands-on ability and enterprising spirit.

1. Able to independently take charge of the product operation of the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing the product needs of the department, connecting with product managers, following up on needs, and tracking the performance of products after they are launched;
2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on the operation goals and the current status of the product, promote the optimization of the operation plan according to the requirements of business development, and be responsible for the implementation of online related product promotion activities to achieve KPI indicators;
3. Continuously follow up on product effects, analyze user behavior and needs, understand the trends of competitors, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. According to the current operation status, productize the existing process and optimize business efficiency.
Job requirements
1. Have good analytical ability and logical thinking, have a sense of responsibility, strong pressure resistance, and can complete the project independently;
2. Have insight, independent analytical ability, strong learning and innovation ability, and language expression;
3. Have enthusiasm for product operation, and be passionate about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Can do PRD, prototype, have banking experience or are familiar with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries;
5. Have stress resistance, strong execution and learning ability.
